Transteel Secures ₹7.5 Crore Workspace Solutions Orders from Major Corporates

Bengaluru-based Transteel has landed contracts worth ₹7.5 crore from blue-chip clients including Brookfield Properties, Oberoi Realty, and GE Healthcare. The deals cover end-to-end workspace solutions across four major Indian cities, with project completion targeted within 90 days.

The wins boost Transteel's order book past ₹44 crore, underscoring demand for its integrated design-build approach. Managing Director Shiraz Ibrahim credits the company's asset-light model for enabling scalable growth without heavy capital expenditure.

Transteel now eyes 49% CAGR for its Design & Build division over five years, marking a strategic pivot from furniture supply to comprehensive workspace projects. The shift reflects evolving corporate needs for turnkey office solutions in India's competitive commercial real estate market.
